Auditions for GREASE

The Welk Theatre announces auditions for GREASE starring Broadway/Movie Star REX SMITH running
May 2 – July 27, 2014

Auditions are Monday, March 17th - 9:00am at the Welk Resorts San Diego theatre
8860 Lawrence Welk Drive, Escondido CA
Welk Theatre Producer Joshua Carr, Ray Limon, Director/Choreographer and Justin Gray, Musical Director casting for GREASE running May 2 – July 27, 2014.

All roles open except Teen Angel – played by Rex Smith. Non-union call. Seeking non-union performers who sing and dance well that are character types for all roles. NO SUBMISSIONS – must attend the audition.

Auditions are March 17th, Monday. Sign ins begin at 9am and open call at 9:30am at the theatre – 8860 Lawrence Welk Drive, Escondido, CA

9:30am – Open Call – all roles. Be prepared to sing and dance at the initial call. All roles move including Miss Lynch. Seeking “large” dancer for the role of Cha-Cha. You may be asked to stay for call-backs at Director request only – 2pm to read.
