What are the Terms and Conditions for villa reservations?

  • 4 timely payments and member in good standing to request reservation
  • Limited to one Saturday night stay
  • Check in is 4PM, check out at 10AM
  • Three nights at Welk Escondido, Desert Oasis or Branson - or affiliated off-site property
  • No change or cancel once confirmed
  • Nights to be used within 12 months from date of purchase
  • Member must occupy villa - not transferable to friends or family
  • Member to pay applicable room tax

How do I take advantage of the Day Use feature?

  • Reservations required for holidays and summer weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Refer to Recreation Day Use flyer received with purchase
  • Only one day use reservation per weekend per member (during prime summer or holidays)
  • Limited to 6 guests per visit, including members
  • Reservations on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee a particular recreation center should a location become fully utilized by overnight guests.
  • Must bring confirmation number, day use cards and photo id to check in for day use
  • Parking at Recreation Center is not guaranteed, but shuttle service will be provided
  • Towels and fishing poles are available for rent, or you may bring your own
