VILLA AMENITIES
All resort villas feature a spacious two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath floorplan, with plenty of room to accommodate the whole family thanks to two balconies, a king-size bed, two twin-size beds, and a pullout sofa. Each 1,325 sq. ft. two-story unit includes air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), two televisions, two fireplaces, two balconies, and a jetted tub.
Please note that all Arroyo Roble villas are two story, requiring access by steps, as well as some steps in and out of the kitchen and living room.

RESORT AMENITIES
With nine secluded acres to work with, the lush grounds at Arroyo Roble Resort have plenty to offer.
All units have steps or stairs except for four lower-level, one-story units, which are subject to limited availability. Common areas such as the Creekside deck and Clubhouse are ADA accessible. The Clubhouse includes a ramp to the front desk; pool and whirlpool chair lifts; an elevator to the second floor; and accessible restrooms and showers.
